Membership
OPOA requires members to renew each June.
We will start member renewal and new member
recruitment when it gets close to June.
Reasons to join OARPO -
On-going training, organizing CRO, operations manual.
Look at old list and modify.
We need OARPO and OPOA applications on web site.
See about getting one application that goes to both.
Agency application forms so that all people could be on one application.
Liz will contact OPOA to see if we can come up with an agreement on
how to take applications and money to make it easier for the applicants.
Regional Reps need to be contacting their agencies in each
of your regions and start talking about recruitment.
They will also request what agencies have people who can be
an instructor in what disciplines.
Find out what other trainings their reserves would
like to have OARPO sponsor.
Certified Reserve
Academy curriculum - DPSST curriculum will be used as a base.
Keep at approx. 320 hours total.

compare what is being used state-wide.
Request each academy schedule as to when their
academy begins and ends each time.
Region reps responsible for gathering the information for the next meeting.
